We are a small campaign group taking legal action against the BBC for breaching the law on freedom of expression and FACEBOOK for unfair terms and conditions as well as breach of contract.

The summons will be issued in County Court in Sussex and copies published online.

Each step of these cases will be documented and the public updated.

We aim to use the County Courts to stop the freedom of expression breaches, discrimination and censorship.
